Ate Bitten is a chiptune music project. I use old video game console sound chips to create original music. Imagine a Nintendo, a Gameboy and an Atari 2600 turned into drum machines, synthesizers and simple sound generators.

Bad 2600, bad!

My 2600 is not working. I’m not sure what the deal is and I’m too full of sugar cookies to delve into the problem too deeply. My friend Ryan is going to come over this weekend hopefully and help me fix it. Blah, the love/hate relationship between old game systems and those who lust after them continues.

Ate Bitten - Beach Hog

The compression from WAV to MP3 really hurt this track.  The begininning sound you hear actually is suposed to sound like an ocean of tiny bits dancing around.  However as you can hear, the compression has turned this sound into a swirl of phaser overkill.
